Ok today I caught Eve drawing something that look like dollar bills.. so i asked her what it was and she said i am making money! Then i explained to her that she could earn real money if she would do extra work other than what family members are asked to do by mom.

Then she said ok i want to work so Christian heard the word money and really wanted to earn some too. So i came up with the work for Christian like everything that is outside the sandbox needs to be picked up everyday and if you do it i will pay you tw0 dollars per week and for Eve well, she has to pick up de googie poop and put the bikes and etc in order on the outside side wall of the house. She said "Easy!". So then we all went to the store and i bought them each a small

calendar and i show them how it would all work out.First everytime they do there work they need to go and underline the date to show that they did it and by friday my job is to look at how many times they did there job and i 'll pay them accordingly.Eve gets paid four dollars a week.Payday is each friday and then they have to pay tithing and then save half and put it in their bank account.I know 2 dollars is not much but its 8 dollars a month for christian and 16 dollars a month for Eve.It will teach them to be responsible toward money and also will teach them patience (until they get paid) it will also be a good example for Natalia to see.Money that will be saved will be going toward college money as well as any gifted money that they receive. The paid will increase accordingly to their age and work that they do.They also know if they don't do their work.... no payday!I am excited to see how things will go!

Wow, I love that idea. And I think $2 a week is a lot. Especially to children.
I'd do those chores for $2 a week. :)
I love the fun way you motivate your kids to be responsible. You are such a great example.
Thanks.
