Eve's first day in Kindergaden

Yes!!It finally happened, She was so excited and so was I, i cried both happy and sad tears and it was just one of those defining moment for her, she told me...."Mom don't be sad i am a big girl now, be good at home!!!"Can you believe that?Also when i left she is the on that screamed:"I love you mom!"How backwards is that?She was definitly ready!

She has an awsome teacher ,her name is mrs. Hendren there is only 14 kids in her class, i love it, Travis Ranch rocks!She is an "early bird "because she starts in the morning, and the afternoon one are called "later gator".The School is really great!I love being able to spend time with Christian and Natalia in the morning it seems to be a little calmer to do certain things like teaching Christian kindergarden stuff,I did that with Eve last april, i kinded homeschooled her before school to give her a jump start and it worked out great!So Christian is getting the same treatment as Eve.I love spending time with my kids they are fun to be around(unless they didn't get a nap!)

Talking about school, I am almost done with my semester at Fullerton college,I am very glad that I will be 10 units closer to my degree!French so far is my major, but i really would like going to culinary school, i really enjoy cooking but its too much time away from home if i do that!So maybe when they are grown up i can tackle that project of mine!Next semester i don't know if i am going to take a class, i kinded want to keep the beginning of the year for canning, yep, next year my goal is to can tomatoes, corn, and green bean with the food that my garden is giving me.I'll have to wait longer for tomatoes but i really want to do it.I remember my mom canning 400 mason jars with tomatoe product and all kind of other goodies!My parents are giving me their pressure cooker for canning, it fits 7 jars in there!Anyway that will be my christmas present but for thoses who know me..you know i have a tendency to request weird presents!Very usefull !The price of food as increased tremendously everywhere,especially costco!So i want to do everything i can do to save money!Beside I cannot get anybetter food then organic homegrown produce!Wow i just totally went off track the subject! anyway!
